The identifier of a project is made up of three parts: ID, code, and name. ID is represented by a three-digit number, preceded by an uppercase letter indicating the project type. Usually a hash character # is prepended in front of the ID. Code is a string with at least three lowercase letters, enclosed in a pair of square brackets [], usually the abbreviation of the project name. Code is decided upon the creation of the project and cannot be changed ever since. In contrast, name can be changed or even left undetermined. Temporary names are enclosed in a pair of round brackets ( ).
As the code of a project must be determined upon creation, while the name may not, the codes of some projects follow the format "u<type><index>", where "u" stands for "unnamed".
P projects are games, where "P" stands for "playable".
Legacy I projects were created after Cryville was formally founded, before the project maintaining rules were revised.
Legacy II projects were created before Cryville was formally founded. They were later archived and used the subsequent IDs of the existing projects.
Main projects were created after the project maintaining rules were revised. Most of them are relatively new, well maintained and progressed.
