Major changes
- Implement event grouping.
- To make the history event list more compact, reports of the same event, of the same type, and issued by the same source are now grouped into a report unit; relevant report units are grouped into a report group.
- There can be some report units left ungrouped.
- Implement the color scheme for hypocenter depth.
- Add displaying for event property conditions.
- Currently supported conditions include "以上" for JMA tsunami height, "以上" and "雲に入る" for JMA plume height above crater, etc.
